Luminita Tomulescu, Superintendent
Liminita lives in our community and has served as the superintendent since 2023. Working with Neil, she keeps the community safe through bylaw monitoring and enforcement and maintaining communal areas.

Peter Teminski, Vice President
Peter has served on the board since 2015 and is a long-time owner and 20+ year resident of Carlton Carriage Homes. He is a retired Marine Engineer who enjoys travelling and scuba diving.
Petronella Schwarz, Vice President
Petronella has served on the board since 2025.
Alessandro Zamai, Treasurer
Alessandro has served on the board since 2017. He volunteers to maintain the community website and works as a Sr. Product Manager for TELUS.
